About the RoleTrident Healthcare Solutions is recruiting Biomedical Scientists at all levels—from Medical Laboratory Assistants (MLA) through Band 5, Band 6, and Band 7—to join the pathology team at University Hospitals of Sussex NHS Foundation Trust
. This is an excellent opportunity for Biomedical Scientists seeking flexible agency work in a leading NHS environment.
- Biomedical Scientists will perform routine and specialist laboratory investigations in compliance with UKAS and ISO standards.
- Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control and calibration.
- Interpret and validate test results, escalating anomalies as required.
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and service development within the laboratory.
