Provide emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day
Work 1:1 with pupils to support emotional regulation and coping strategies
Assist during lessons to help pupils remain engaged and calm
Support the implementation of individual behaviour and wellbeing plans
Work alongside teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals
