We are seeking a full-time Registered Manager to lead our care team at Acacia Homecare. This on‑site role, located in Slough, involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of the care service, ensuring quality care to clients, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining records, coordinating care plans, liaising with clients and families, and managing budgets and resources.

You will play a key role in fostering a positive environment for both clients and employees, ensuring exceptional service delivery and well‑being for all.

• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee a team effectively
• Experience in managing care delivery, regulatory compliance, and maintaining high‑quality standards in a care environment
• Strong organisation and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage resources and budgets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care or management, such as Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of care sector regulations, including CQC requirements
• Empathy, understanding, and a commitment to providing compassionate, person‑centred care
• A full, clean driving licence is desirable but not essential
