Clinical Services Manager – Turning Points

The Clinical Services Manager will oversee prescribing and wellbeing clinics, conduct audits, support safeguarding, lead clinical governance and key performance indicators, and provide clinical supervision and training to the team.

• Manage prescribing and wellbeing clinics.
• Complete audits and support safeguarding procedures.
• Lead clinical governance and monitor key performance indicators.
• Provide clinical supervision, appraisals, and training to the nursing team.
• Deliver clinical interventions and maintain high clinical standards.
• Engage and influence colleagues, commissioners and service users.

• High level of experience in the problematic substance use field.
• Registered NMP with prescribing qualification.
• Experience in a drug and alcohol setting.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, substance misuse legislation and relevant indicators.
• Strong leadership, communication and influence skills.
