Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Diabetes Midwife to join our dedicated multidisciplinary obstetric diabetes team. The role covers hospital and community settings, travel between sites, and ongoing education and support for pregnant women with diabetes.
The post requires experience as a Registered Midwife, with a focus on diabetes in pregnancy, and a commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based care within a supportive team.
