Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a FiCare Lead (nurse or midwife) with Band 6 experience in a neonatal setting to champion Family Integrated Care. The role focuses on embedding FiCare, promoting partnership with families, and delivering FiCare education and training across the Local Neonatal Unit.
The post holder will collaborate with AHPs, nursing education, clinical psychology, chaplaincy, and infant feeding specialists to drive service development and improve family involvement
