We’re looking for a Waking Night Care Professional (5 nights a week) to join our brilliant team in Maidenhead and Windsor
, providing overnight care in Maidenhead
, starting as soon as possible. You’d make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives - helping them stay safe, comfortable and independent at home through the night.
We offer flexible contracts and real career progression, including funded diplomas.
No experience required - we provide full paid training and detailed support from day one.
What Will You Do?- Stay awake and alert through the night, ready to provide care and support whenever it’s needed
- Support with personal care and continence care (if required)
- Assist with mobility, repositioning and safe transfers (if required)
- Monitor medication schedules and support clients with medication (if required)
- Offer reassurance and companionship to clients who are unsettled at night
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the care provided
- A caring individual with a strong work ethic and genuine compassion
- An excellent communicator with great people skills
- Reliable, alert and comfortable working through the night
- Professional, respectful and trustworthy in all situations
- Physically able to support clients with personal care tasks
- A driver with a valid licence and access to a vehicle for work
- Happy to undertake a right to work check and DBS check (fully paid by us)
- 5 nights a week - start as soon as possible
