Location: Hybrid model - Datchet, Berkshire (with free staff parking provided)

Contract: 6 Month FTC Contract

About the Role:

We are growing our Talent Acquisition team at Arvato Connect! Step into a dynamic role as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, where you’ll play a key part in shaping our growing workforce!

You'll drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing top talent to delivering a seamless candidate experience. Partnering with hiring managers, you'll support hiring plans, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and oversee offers - ensuring we attract the best talent. With high-volume recruitment, no two days will be the same, keeping you on your toes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, and securing top talent.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques, including proactive headhunting, to attract the best candidates.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct interviews across all hiring stages, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflows.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers, alongside candidates on their recruitment journey - ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events to expand our talent network and promote our employer brand.
  • Managing our shared inboxes, ensuring good response rate to meet SLAs.
  • Conduct in-person right to work checks as and when needed.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Minimum 1.5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques, including job boards and direct headhunting.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident, engaging, and proactive.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS platforms.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring operations.
  • Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate attraction strategies.
  • A passion for people and a drive to create an exceptional hiring experience.
