• Lead the design and delivery of an innovative Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy that strengthens engagement and belonging.
• Oversee and enhance the Occupational and Employee Assistance Programmes

• Develop and execute forward-thinking employee experience and wellbeing strategies aligned with the organisation’s People Workforce Strategy.
• Collaborate with Public Health and Health & Safety teams to deliver tailored wellbeing programmes that meet the diverse needs of employees.
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate and continually improve engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership and HR colleagues to embed wellbeing and inclusion into all organisational practices.
• Act as a visible advocate for employee wellbeing and DE&I, promoting a culture of care, respect, and inclusivity.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with legal requirements and contribute to a forward-thinking, people-first environment.
