- Oversee and enhance the Occupational and Employee Assistance Programmes

- Collaborate with Public Health and Health & Safety teams to deliver tailored wellbeing programmes that meet the diverse needs of employees.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate and continually improve engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR colleagues to embed wellbeing and inclusion into all organisational practices.
- Act as a visible advocate for employee wellbeing and DE&I, promoting a culture of care, respect, and inclusivity.
- Ensure all initiatives comply with legal requirements and contribute to a forward-thinking, people-first environment.
