Overview

Our client is a multisite logistics company and have a need for an ER/ HR Advisor. The job is a varied and busy role supporting a business going through change. This is site based customer facing HR generalist role. Based in their Slough office, the role involves providing expert end to end ER support to site managers as well as assisting with various HR initiatives and projects.

NB:
This is a site based role

• Managing/advising ER cases (day to day and complex)
• Relationship building with key stakeholders
• Guiding and empowering managers through change
• Assisting in compiling key reports
• TUPE support
• Visits to other sites
• ER, ideally gained in a fast-paced unionised environment - desirable
• Strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a very busy/ever-changing environment
• Proven relationship building experience
• Able to travel
