Recruitment Consultant (Permanent)

Pay Level: 6, £36,508 - £40,958 (fully inclusive of local weighting allowance).

Working Hours:

37 hours per week.

Location:

Observatory House / Slough Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office). DBS requirement:
Basic.

• Act as a trusted recruitment partner, guiding hiring managers through every stage of the hiring process.
• Shape attraction strategies and advise on routes to market.
• Manage multiple campaigns, provide practical advice and use recruitment data, market knowledge and best practice to deliver inclusive, effective and timely hiring outcomes.
• Engage and secure talented people, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Influence stakeholders and provide strong organisational and communication skills.

• Experienced recruiter or recruitment resourcer with a proactive and confident approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
