Ocado Logistics is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to lead ER cases from start to finish across multiple sites, including travel to Acton and Leyton where needed. You will own grievances, disciplinaries and investigations, while spotting trends and driving people‑first improvements with the People team.
You will support managers with complex ER matters, maintain records, and contribute to attendance, retention and performance initiatives. CIPD qualification is desirable.
