KP Snacks is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month FTC based at either Ashby-de-la-Zouch or Slough. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent and deliver a first-class candidate experience.
You will build strong talent pipelines, use data to improve hiring, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced snack-manufacturing environment.
