As we look to grow, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit team.

The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across both permanent and contract vacancies. You will be responsible for developing new business, building long-term client relationships, sourcing exceptional candidates, and delivering an outstanding recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities Develop and grow your own recruitment desk. Generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. Source, interview and qualify candidates for permanent and contract positions. Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement. Negotiate fees, rates and terms with clients and candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines within your specialist market. Manage contractor relationships and client accounts.

Achieve individual sales and placement targets. About You We are looking for someone who has:
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (360 recruitment preferred). Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A driven, proactive and professional approach. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with in technical, engineering, construction or infrastructure recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
