We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run self-storage and property business, who are looking for a standalone HR Advisor to support Senior Management across all aspects of HR.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working autonomously and making a genuine impact. Supporting a multi-site business with over 60 years of success, you'll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, advise managers on people matters and help shape a positive, compliant and people-focused culture.

Working Pattern:

Part-time (25 hours per week, on-site. Working pattern to be agreed based on business and candidate needs.)

Salary:

Up to £50,000 FTE (25 hours per week, salary pro rata)

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a standalone HR Advisor or generalist HR role
Strong experience supporting a multi-site business is essential
Confident advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters
Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding
CIPD Level 5 qualification preferred
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be able to drive and commute to the West London (UB6) office, as it is not easily accessible by public transport
Willingness to travel occasionally to sites in Manchester, London, Bath and Bristol
