You will handle complex employee relations, partner with senior managers on HR strategy and TUPE, oversee recruitment, onboarding, L&D and performance reviews, and ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR.
The role offers up to £54,000 plus bonus, 35 hours per week, mainly office-based (4 days), with occasional UK/Europe travel.
