Digital Solutions Lead – UK & Ireland Immunology (Based in Slough, UK)
About the roleThe Digital Solutions Lead is a critical role in driving our omnichannel data & analytics driven Go-to-Market model and in innovating the way we collaborate and interact with our customers. You will be responsible in helping Solutions teams to develop and optimize usage of current channels and identify new channels to reach their business goals across the UK and Ireland. The candidate should be very familiar with the digital marketing landscape and knowledge to support our business goals by acting as digital business champion building organizational sense-of-urgency in realizing our potential in the digital landscape in both UK and Ireland geographies.

You will report into the Franchise Head – Rheumatology
What you’ll do- Omnichannel content roadmap planning (emails, website, third-party media, social media, and digital materials) with a relevant narrative sequence to elevate Share of Voice
- Supporting cross-functional teams (commercial, medical, access) with journey planning and implementation
- Targeted orchestration to maintain sensible touchpoints across the Rheumatology portfolio
- Campaign performance tracking and post-campaign analytics for continuous refinement
- Creating, monitoring, optimising and reporting on multichannel campaigns leveraging Sales Force Marketing Cloud
- Bachelor’s degree in business or digital marketing and digital communication required – completed studies in digital management, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant experience in a digital working environment at a company or agency side – ideally within the UK and Ireland environment
- Passionate about digitalisation and transformative processes with advanced knowledge of related trends
- Extensive comprehension of different digital communication channels and ability to use them
- Experience with a marketing automation tool and Google Analytics, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is a significant advantage
