As part of our global SAP S/4
HANA transformation programme
, we’re driving far more than a simple system upgrade. This is a full-scale process simplification and harmonisation initiative across our segments:

We are transforming eight major process areas including Finance, Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfil, Lead to Cash, Governance, Marketing, R&D, and HR.
To enable this transformation, we are seeking a Data Migration Senior Lead to own and drive the end-to-end data migration strategy across the S/4
HANA landscape.
You’ll lead the Data Migration workstream — from strategy to cutover — ensuring quality, governance, and seamless execution.
Key responsibilities include:- Defining and driving the overall data migration strategy and roadmap
- Leading planning, scope, governance, and quality control across the workstream
- Designing data extraction, transformation and load (ETL) approaches
- Overseeing tooling, templates, scripts, and repeatable migration processes
- Ensuring robust data quality controls, cleansing and compliance
- Coordinating mock loads, reconciliation, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and cutover rehearsals
- Producing migration registers, load plans, status reporting, and cutover documentation
- Supporting go-live and ensuring successful validation and sign-off
This role requires strong stakeholder management across global, cross-segment teams and third-party partners.
🧠 What We’re Looking ForExperience:
- 5–10 years leading SAP data migration in large-scale ERP or S/4
HANA programmes - Experience delivering at least 3 full lifecycle global SAP transformations
- Strong knowledge of SAP master and transactional data (Material Master, Customer/Vendor, BOMs, FI/CO, Sales & Purchase Orders)
- Hands‑on experience with:
HANA Migration Cockpit
- Experience managing distributed/offshore teams
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and governance‑focused
- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset
- Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
