About the Role

This dynamic position blends 70% customer service with 30% technical support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both problem‑solving and customer‑facing environments. You will be the go‑to expert once a product has been delivered, ensuring our customers receive fast, effective support while upholding the high standards our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and after‑sales service for plumbing and bathroom products.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose product issues efficiently.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for product issues.
  • Produce clear and concise technical reports.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Travel to customer sites for on‑site support when required.

  • Proven experience in plumbing and bathroom products.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards.
