We're expanding our Infrastructure Operations team and seeking Data Center Technicians. In this role, you ll:
- Serve as a primary technical resolver for data center infrastructure challenges
- Work within the Data Center Operations (DCO) team to maintain IT infrastructure and hardware
- Develop expertise in various hardware and software troubleshooting scenarios
- Lead resolution of infrastructure issues and coordinate with solution teams on complex cases
- Help drive continuous improvements
This position includes shift work and may require rotation between locations.
Key job responsibilities Safety- Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world-class safety culture. Own the safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safety culture.
- Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
- Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations)
- Working rotating shifts (morning/late/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment (If applicable)
- On-call rotation reaction to off-duty emergency calls (if applicable)
