We are looking for consultants with experience in org design or people/change management to work with latest technology sector. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects with latest technology trends, all while applying and developing your business analysis skills.

We are recruiting for an experienced IT (Information Technology) and Management consultant to join our blockchain start up division growing team based in Slough. This will be an on-going permanent basis employment for deserving candidate.

We are looking for a MBA person who enjoys drafting strategies and commercial roadmaps and lead the business development to take the organisation's high tech solutions to the newly developing blockchain market.

• Excellent client management skills and involve in developing business strategy.
• Forming effective working relationships with customer representatives
• Defining and clarifying a customer's requirements and generation of documents, data interpretation and reports for project Implementation.
• Leading new clients through the implementation process/Business strategy.
• Building relationships with customers and training them to ensure they have all the information and tools to provide strong first-level support to them.
• Coordinating/facilitating training sessions during Implementation process.
• Determines the appropriate method of data collection and research methodology and to generate new ideas

• MBA with bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

• Background in account management or other customer centric roles
• Knowledge of Technology and popular products - (Cloud computing, Office 365, Microsoft products)
• Strong ability to strategize and plan for both short term and long-term road maps
• Minimum 3-4 years Experience as a IT (Information Technology) Consultant or Analyst
• Excellent time management skills, to work efficiently to deliver the projects
