SAP EDI Support Specialist

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

• We need someone with a good understanding of Order to Cash and Supply Chain processes, ideally gained in a manufacturing environment.

• We need around 3 years of experience in EDI application support, including maintaining and optimising EDI.
• We need strong experience with EDI maps, IDocs, messaging, data troubleshooting, and onboarding customers.
• We need experience managing EDI interfaces and changes, and supporting SAP system upgrades and changes.
• We need experience supporting middleware integration, including SAP XI and VAN.
• We need experience supporting customer accounts and credits, audit controls, compliance, testing, and incident logging/testing with third parties.
• We need the ability to monitor release calendars and support local and global SAP/EDI projects.
• We need strong data analysis and reporting skills, including Excel.
• We need the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• We support SAP EDI operations and application support activities.
• We maintain and optimise EDI, including maps, IDocs, messaging, interfaces, and related data troubleshooting.
• We onboard customers and manage/support EDI messaging and interfaces.
• We support SAP system upgrades and changes, including OTC-related activities.
• We provide middleware integration support across SAP XI and VAN.
• We manage and support customer accounts and credits.
• We support audit controls, compliance, and testing activities for EDI.
• We work with third-party system integrators to log and test incidents.
• We monitor release calendars and support local and global SAP/EDI projects.
• We carry out data analysis and reporting using Excel.

We are recruiting a permanent SAP EDI Support Specialist for our team in Slough, Berkshire. This is a hybrid role with three days onsite each week. The package includes a salary of £52k to £55k, a 10% bonus, and benefits. The role suits someone with SAP EDI and supply chain experience who is ready to support critical business processes in a collaborative environment.
