Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an interim IT Operations Transformation Lead to drive a large-scale IT Service Operations transformation for a global FMCG client in Slough. The role is a full-time temporary position, starting asap and running for 12 months, with a mix of remote and onsite work depending on business needs.
The successful candidate will define and execute a transformation roadmap across ITSM, drive AIOps and automation initiatives, and lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement
