Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Engagement and Onboarding Lead to join our Green skills Department on a full-time basis. The role will be based primarily at our Slough & Langley campus, with work at our Strode’s College Campus as well.
Salary: £29,987 up to £32,706, dependent on experience. This is a fixed-term contract ending 31 July 2027. You will lead engagement, onboarding trade professionals, and manage Salesforce to grow revenue and improve the sales pipeline.
