About the job:
As a Senior Smart Buildings Solutions Designer in the Pre-Sales Bids team, you will take on designing, scoping and the costing of security solutions for the business. This role covers all aspects of the pre-sales process, requiring experience in infrastructure design and costing of major design and build projects.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ITT/RFP, RFIs, and mid/post bid presentations.
- Minimum five A*-C (4-9) GCSE's or equivalent, including Maths or English.
- 5 years relevant practical experience in a similar role.
- Smart Building systems that operate over electronic security experience
- Experience in the design and build of security solutions (Axis, Avigilon, Milestone, Honeywell, Zenitel, Commend etc.)
- Accreditations or memberships of relevant bodies within the Smart Buildings industry.
- Experience in the design and build of security solutions for enterprise, data center and campus fit-out projects.
- Awareness of Audio Visual, ICT Infrastructure, IoT, and Wired & Wireless Network architecture.
