You will own website improvements, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with the agency and internal developers to scope and deliver enhancements.
You will govern CRM and marketing automation on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, manage Kontent.ai CMS usage, and oversee GA4 analytics to inform growth strategy and measurement.
