Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Management experience with international/multicultural teams.
- Experience managing SCM teams in fast‑paced technological product firms that handled complex and large quality and client SKU matrices.
- Excellent analytical and project execution abilities, and a track record of improving supply chain efficiency.
- Advanced level MS Excel skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and a positive outlook.
- Excellent detail‑oriented skills and ability to prioritise work with competing deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Passion and desire for achievement fueled by a persistent search for ways to provide value.
- Previous exposure in logistics and supply‑chain operations, including EDI, is a big advantage.
- Relevant expertise in the consumer electronics sector is preferred but not required.
