Groupe SEB UK is seeking a Demand Manager to lead the sales and operations planning process for the market. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and central Supply Chain teams to build consensus around demand plans, ensure product availability and optimise stock levels.
The role requires experience in demand planning within FMCG or consumer-led environments, strong forecasting skills, and the ability to lead a team and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
