About the Company

OMRE, meaning “lifespan” in Farsi, exists to build one of the defining longevity brands of our generation. We create science-backed supplements designed to improve healthspan, not just lifespan. In just over two years, we have reached global scale, with the USA as our primary market
, strong product-market fit and a highly engaged customer base. We are now entering our next phase: scaling aggressively while maintaining efficiency, profitability and brand integrity.

About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Manager to take ownership of our inventory, supply chain and operational efficiency. You will ensure we have the right amount of stock, in the right place
, at the right time across Amazon, our warehouses and retail partners. You will manage purchasing and production with manufacturers in the US and China
, forecast demand, monitor finished goods and packaging inventory, and work closely with Marketing to anticipate changes in sales. You will also work closely with Finance to monitor costs, improve COGS and identify operational efficiencies that improve gross margin. Above all, this is a role for someone who is exceptionally reliable, diligent and organised. You double-check important work, follow things through to completion and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory & Forecasting
  • You will own inventory planning across DTC, Amazon, retail and our warehouse network.
  • Maintain accurate SKU-level inventory visibility across all channels.
  • Forecast demand, inventory cover and reorder requirements.
  • Incorporate retail orders, marketing activity, seasonality and changes in sales velocity into forecasts.
  • Identify potential stock-outs and excess inventory well in advance.
  • Use AI and analytical tools to improve forecasting and scenario modelling.
  • At any point, you should know what stock we have, where it is, how quickly it is selling and when we need to reorder.
  • Manufacturing & Purchasing
  • You will manage purchasing and production with our manufacturers and suppliers in the US and China.
  • Create and manage purchase orders and production schedules.
  • Monitor production, freight and delivery timelines.
  • Proactively chase suppliers and identify delays before they become problems.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms and volume discounts.
  • Ensure quantities, pricing and specifications are checked carefully before orders are confirmed.
  • Sending an email is not the same as completing a task. You follow up, verify and close the loop.
  • Packaging & Supply Chain
  • You will ensure packaging and other components are planned alongside finished-goods inventory. This includes bottles, labels, boxes, inserts and shipping materials.
  • You will maintain appropriate stock levels, coordinate packaging with manufacturing schedules and make sure production is never delayed because a component was overlooked.
  • Marketing & Retail Alignment
  • You will work closely with Marketing, eCommerce and our retail team to understand changes that may affect demand. This includes:
  • Changes in advertising spend or sales velocity.
  • Promotions and product launches.
  • New retail partners and purchase orders.
  • Amazon performance and seasonality.
  • If a SKU suddenly begins selling faster, you should spot it quickly, understand the inventory implications and update the plan before it becomes a stock problem.
  • COGS & Operational Efficiency
  • You will work closely with Finance to understand the operational costs behind each SKU and continuously look for opportunities to improve them.
  • You will monitor areas including manufacturing, packaging, freight, duties, warehousing and fulfilment.
  • Regularly review costs with Finance.
  • Negotiate with manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Identify unnecessary spend and inefficient processes.
