Due to continued growth and investment in their UK service operation, they are looking to recruit a Repair Technician to join their expanding technical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on highly specialised equipment while receiving industry‑leading training and development.
Role Overview :This is a hands‑on workshop‑based role focused on diagnosing, repairing, testing, and rebuilding sophisticated medical equipment.
Working as part of an established technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer equipment is repaired to the highest standards before being returned to healthcare providers.
The role would suit someone who enjoys fault‑finding, precision assembly, and working with intricate electromechanical products.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose faults on medical equipment and associated systems
- Repair, strip down, and rebuild complex technical products
- Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks
- Ensure repaired equipment meets quality and performance standards
- Prepare equipment for demonstrations and customer requirements
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
- Support continuous improvement activities within the workshop
- Hands‑on technical or engineering experience
- Workshop, repair, assembly, or maintenance experience would be advantageous
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Experience with in medical devices beneficial but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Educated to secondary school level or above
- Salary:
Up to £35,000 - Private healthcare
