Cover Cleaner

About The Role

Zero‑hours cleaning role designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed; shifts will be offered based on business needs. You must be flexible and able to support ad‑hoc cover when available, accepting or declining shifts offered as you choose.

Hourly Rate – £14.80

• Induction and training within the first week; learn cleaning specification and equipment use.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards; receive full preparation.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

All you need is:

• Positive, friendly attitude and enthusiasm for making a difference.
• Local to the area.
• Attitude to thrive and some cleaning experience (full training available if required).
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety and communication.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK – bring evidence to the interview.
