Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to advance your career in a dynamic roadside environment? Our client, a reputable UK-wide recovery business, is seeking to appoint a Roadside Vehicle Technician to join their team based in Maidstone and the surrounding areas. This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently on a diverse range of breakdowns, providing immediate roadside repairs and diagnostics, all while enjoying excellent compensation and benefits.
Benefits- Competitive basic salary of £50,669, with OTE up to £57,000 per annum
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 06:00 and 02:00, including weekends and bank holidays, on a weekly rota

- Using state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic tools and equipment
- Supporting team members with technical advice and expertise where needed
- A minimum of a Level 2 (or higher) light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
- At least 2 years' post‑qualification experience working in vehicle repair or diagnostics
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and fault‑finding skills
- Customer‑focused attitude and professional approach
- Flexibility to work weekends; up to 50% of weekends may be on rota
- Ability to work independently and efficiently troubleshoot complex breakdowns
