CBRE Local UK is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure external spaces around allocated buildings are kept neat, tidy and well‑tended. You will perform grass cutting, pruning, and weed clearance, while maintaining safe, compliant sites and liaising with clients in line with CBRE standards.
The role requires a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites. Training may be provided for industry standards, with opportunities to develop in a team environment.
