Mechanical Project Manager Opportunity - Full Turnkey Solutions Provider - Data Centres
MK Search are partnered with a leading M&E contractor who are currently operating as a main contractor on various data centres across the South of England. Due to recently winning a major contract on a hyperscale data centre project in Slough, they are looking to engage with an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.
You will be tasked with overseeing the full mechanical delivery of multiple contracts up to £1m in value on a hyperscale data centre for a prestigious client. You will be managing a Mechanical Supervisor working to coordinate various subcontractors, managing preconstruction processes and financial management for the projects and reporting progress to the contracts manager for the division.
Requirements:
 
* 3-5 years' experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role
 
* Experience overseeing the delivery of c. £1m of works throughout busy and fast paced projects.
 
* Relevant up to date site certs
