Registered Manager
Award-winning Top 20 Homecare Provider, Good Oaks Homecare, is looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead and grow our premium service in Maidenhead and Windsor.
We are the UK’s only Carbon Neutral care franchise and recent Grand Prix Winners at the Home Care Awards 2025
. We are passionate about enabling people to stay in the homes they love with quality, personalised, life-enhancing visiting and live-in care.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with a Franchise Owner who is a Registered Nurse
. While the Owner focuses on Business Development and networking, you will have full autonomy over the operational and compliance side of the business. You will be the "Safe Pair of Hands" ensuring our care is delivered to the highest standard.
- Lead the Compliance: Take full ownership of the CQC registration, ensuring the branch remains safe, effective, and ready for inspection at all times.
- Coordinate the Care: Oversee the delivery of high-quality visiting and live-in care, conducting assessments and writing person-centred care plans.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, induct, and mentor a team of Care Professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and support.
- Client
Experience:
Manage feedback and quality assurance to ensure our private clients receive a "VIP" service. - Operations Management: Manage the rostering and daily running of the branch (moving to oversight as the admin team grows).
- Partnership: Work closely with the Director to support business growth, ensuring that as we scale, our quality never drops.
- An effective leader with experience as a Registered Manager (or an ambitious Deputy) in Domiciliary Care.
- A Compliance Expert: You have excellent knowledge of the Single Assessment Framework and "get the details right" the first time.
- Commercially Aware: You understand premium care, but you prefer focusing on quality and operations rather than sales targets.
- A positive, resilient, and proactive approach with a drive to develop themselves and the team.
- Strong interpersonal skills—you can reassure families and motivate carers.
- You thrive under pressure and are flexible to meet the demands of a growing business.
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
- A valid UK driving licence and use of a car.
- £42,000 - £48,000 competitive base salary with regular reviews.
- Performance Bonus: Uncapped annual and performance-related bonuses linked to growth and compliance.
- Perks: Paid mileage, 24/7 Virtual GP access, and reimbursement of your DBS fee.
- Support: Training from a proactive National Support Office and clinical backing from your RN Director.
- Culture: Being part of a supportive, positive, and proactive culture across our award-winning network.
