Role Overview
Good Afternoon,
Slough Council is offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate. The rate is negotiable dependent upon experience.
We are looking for an Advice & Information Project Manager. This role will be based in SL1 2EJ
, hybrid – 2 days office based.
- Work collaboratively across public, independent and VCSE groups and with the people they support to map provision of formal or informal A and I.
- Identify trends, assets and challenges – who is willing to do what and with what support.
- Collate this into a series of recommendations including the potential for a compact or a wider partnership within the VCS to support collaboration.
- A demonstrable record of delivering high quality outcomes against challenging objectives and resources.
- Experience of project and programme management from initial design to completion and strong change management skills.
- Experience of leading effective co‑design opportunities with key stakeholders (including people who use services) in order to deliver robust, efficient and fit for purpose solutions.
