Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking to step away from day-to-day service management but still want to make a real impact on quality and compliance?
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for raising standards across supported living services?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established social care provider for a Compliance Manager to oversee multiple supported living services across Slough, Ealing, Surbiton, Woking, Camberley, and Southsea. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
The Role
As the Compliance Manager, you’ll take ownership of compliance and governance across numerous supported living services. You’ll work closely with Service Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure every service delivers safe, effective, and high-quality support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting regular quality audits, compliance checks, and service reviews.
* Supporting managers with action plans, ensuring services meet CQC and internal quality standards.
* Providing guidance and oversight on policies, documentation, incident reporting, and safeguarding compliance.
* Identifying areas of improvement, sharing best practice, and driving continuous service development.
* Supporting registration and set-up of new supported living developments as the organisation expands.
* Reporting on compliance trends and preparing for inspections.
* Travelling regularly between services, supporting managers onsite.
About You
* Experienced within the adult social care sector, ideally as a Registered Manager or Quality/Compliance Lead.
* Confident in interpreting CQC regulations, policies, and compliance frameworks.
* Knowledgeable about supported living services for adults with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities
* Excellent communication, auditing, and coaching skills.
* Organised and proactive, with a collaborative approach.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (travel across sites required).
