You will be working in the Building Services OU based in Slough, where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.

As the Office Manager, you will:
  • Set up the administration processes for the site and project, maintain these and make sure all staff are aware of them.
  • Manage office logistics including office set up, seating plans, office equipment, organising IT and arranging access for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain the general upkeep of the site office to a high standard and make sure all staff have the required equipment and facilities available to complete their roles and that it is safe for use.
  • Lead or assist with both site safety tours and site audits as and when required.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate meetings, taking minutes when required and manage the meeting room schedule for the office.
We are looking for:
  • Proven experience of excellent teamwork skills and also able to work as an individual.
  • Competent with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills with office management experience is preferable.
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skill.
