As a Registered Manager within the Berkshire region, you will take full operational and "Registered Person" responsibility for a children’s residential home. We partner with providers who specialise in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), offering you the platform to drive service excellence and achieve an "Outstanding" Ofsted rating.

• Ofsted Compliance:
  Ensure the home consistently meets or exceeds the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
• Team Leadership:
  Recruit, supervise, and inspire a high‑performing care team.
• Quality of Care:
  Develop and monitor bespoke care plans that promote the wellbeing of young people.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Build strong, professional relationships with local authorities and social work teams across Berkshire.

• Qualifications:
  
  Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or nearing completion).
• Experience:
  
  A proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role within a Children’s Residential (EBD) setting.
• Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of safeguarding, Quality Standards, and the Ofsted inspection framework.
• Mobility:
  Ability to effectively lead a service within the Berkshire area.
