Assist Lead Project Managers with the delivery of refurbishment, fit‑out and long‑term maintenance projects across LSE’s iconic central London campus portfolio, progressing towards independent project leadership.

• Support project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting and quality control.
• Assist with design coordination, procurement, and client communication.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting using IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability and quality standards.

• Early‑career experience in construction, design, building surveying or project management.
• Exposure to refurbishment, reconfiguration or fit‑out projects.
• Excellent organisational and IT coordination skills.
• Strong motivation, flexibility and proactive learning attitude.
