As a Principal
, you’ll lead large, multi-workstream consulting engagements — owning delivery end-to-end, partnering with senior stakeholders, and ensuring outcomes that are both commercially successful and genuinely impactful.
You will:
- Lead complex, high-profile programmes with full accountability for delivery, quality, and commercial outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients
, bringing challenge, clarity, and structure to ambiguous organisational problems - Bring together Korn Ferry’s full consulting capability
, designing joined-up solutions across organisational design, leadership, assessment, and reward - Drive strong programme governance
, managing risk, dependencies, and delivery momentum - Own commercials — forecasting, revenue, margin, and scope management
- Lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams

We’re interested in individuals who:
- Are currently operating as a Senior Management Consultant (or equivalent)
- Must be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering people strategy e.g organizational effectiveness, organizational strategy, work & career architecture.
- Have led complex, multi-workstream consulting or professional services engagements
- Are confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Bring strong commercial ownership and delivery discipline
- Can lead through influence, structure, and clarity
- Enjoy working across broad, strategic organisational challenges rather than a narrow niche
