Overview
National Sales Manager —
Location:
Bristol to East Anglia.
Salary: Up to £60,000 + 25% Bonus + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits.
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales leader to join a market-leading manufacturer in the home improvement and water treatment sector. This newly created role offers genuine autonomy to shape and develop a growing direct sales function, managing an initial team of three field-based Sales Consultants, expanding to six over time.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a growing direct sales function, managing an initial team of three field-based Sales Consultants, expanding to six over time.
- Coach and mentor the team in the field; implement best-practice sales processes, KPIs, performance metrics and development plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales strategy, improve customer journeys and build a high-performance culture focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
- Hands-on sales manager with experience leading and developing sales teams; proven ability to drive performance and results.
- Experience with in direct-to-consumer, home improvement or consultative sales environments is highly desirable.
