• Supervising and motivating a skilled team of machinists.
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
• Driving efficiency, productivity, and best practice on shift.
• Acting as the key point of contact for operational issues.
• Supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Background in a machine shop or precision engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and shop floor operations.
