Slough Borough Council is seeking an experienced leader to drive the transformation agenda across the Children s Services directorate. The post will oversee major change programmes, delivering improvements, governance, and sustainable financial planning.
You will work with senior leaders, support reintegration of services into the council by 2028, and liaise with external transformation partners to shape the future for children, young people and families.
