Slough Borough Council is seeking a Reablement Team Leader to oversee the safe delivery of regulated activity within the Reablement and Independence service. This community-based role involves supervising Reablement assistants and delegating tasks to Reablement Supervisors to ensure key observations, audits, and assurance documentation are delivered in line with CQC requirements.
