REACH is recruiting a Deputy Manager (Learning Disability) for a supported living home in Slough. The role is full-time, permanent with a four-month probation, reporting to the Home Manager, and carrying an annual salary of £31,231 plus an on-call allowance of £500.
You will assist the Home Manager with day-to-day running, lead and develop staff, deliver high-quality care, participate in rotas, and ensure safeguarding and compliance while promoting residents’ dignity and independence.
