The Windsor Forest Colleges Group (TWFCG) is hiring a Head of Department for Structural Technologies to join our Slough and Langley College team on a permanent, full-time basis starting August 2026. This key leadership role reports to the Curriculum Director and focuses on improving retention, achievement, and vocational teaching quality across workshops and classrooms.
You will lead and develop the structural technologies curriculum team, oversee programme managers, and drive high standards
