We're looking for an experienced Director of Facilities to lead the strategic and operational management of our multi-site property portfolio, ensuring our offices remain safe, compliant, cost-effective, and exceptional places to work.

This is a highly visible leadership role, partnering closely with the Executive Team and senior stakeholders across the business to develop and deliver our workplace strategy. You'll lead facilities operations, property management, health and safety, supplier relationships, and major projects across our estate while driving continuous improvement and enhancing the colleague experience.

What you'll be doing

As Director of Facilities, you'll be responsible for the leadership and oversight of all facilities, property, and workplace services across our locations.
