Reed is supporting a successful construction business in Windsor to appoint a Fractional Finance Director for 1 day per week over a 6‑month FTC with a view to permanent. The role reports to the Managing Director and shareholders and is designed to add strategic financial leadership during a period of expansion.
You will shape three‑year growth strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting, improve profitability and cash flow, develop KPI reporting, and mentor the existing finance team.
