Good Oaks Homecare Maidenhead and Windsor is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow our visiting and live-in care service across Maidenhead, Windsor, and surrounding areas. You’ll be hands-on, work closely with the Director, and be responsible for quality, compliance and the safe, smooth running of the branch.
You’ll register with CQC, maintain accurate care plans and risk assessments, recruit and develop the care team, manage rosters and on-call rotas, and build partnerships
